For UGG, we created an innovative pop-up retail installation that captures the brand's evolution into streetwear and contemporary fashion. The design features a bold, urban aesthetic with vibrant neon colors—orange, pink, turquoise—set against industrial concrete textures. Modular display systems provide flexible product presentation while oversized 3D UGG branding creates an Instagram-worthy backdrop. The installation successfully merges UGG's comfort heritage with modern street culture, attracting a younger, trend-conscious demographic. Every element was designed to be both functional and photogenic, encouraging social media sharing and brand engagement.
Creating a temporary retail space that breaks away from UGG's traditional cozy aesthetic while maintaining brand recognition, and designing modular systems that can be easily transported and reassembled across multiple locations.
We developed a color-blocked modular furniture system using lightweight materials with bold color finishes. Integrated seating allows customers to comfortably try products while large-format campaign imagery and neon accents create visual impact. The concrete-style panels and colorful ski poles add an unexpected urban edge that resonates with contemporary consumers.
